The Butcher's Quarter are a high end business based in the Northern Quarter in Manchester. They sell the highest quality, locally sourced meats and pride themselves on the suppliers that they stock
What do I do?
I was brought in originally to look at long term and marketing planning. This involves incorporating key dates, seasons and occasions into their strategy. I have played a role in advising the team on their use of social media as well as writing original content for their website. I also got my hands dirty - literally - when out picking wild garlic with the team!
