I recently had the pleasure of playing a small part in the production of The Butcher's Quarter and DevilDog Sauces new collaboration: Wild Garlic Salsa Verde. This extraordinary sauce, meticulously crafted with a blend of seasonal ingredients and commitment to flavour, promises to captivate taste buds and provide the perfect accompaniment to any dish.




At the heart of this innovative creation lies a range of carefully selected ingredients, each chosen for its quality and flavour including locally foraged wild garlic, harvested by the teams behind both businesses and me!
