1st Meeting
I carry out a full review of your marketing portfolio including your branding, website, social media, offline assets and strategy to get a complete insight into all your marketing activity. If you are still thinking about setting up a business we will have an informal chat to discuss your plans and aspirations

Next Step
We set out objectives and tasks for the following month based on the LION principle:

Next Month - what key things do you have going on

Follow up meeting
Throughout the month I review what you are doing and focus on the key areas we discussed whilst also being a point of contact if you require any help or guidance before we meet again.
We then meet to review the previous month and set objectives & tasks for the forthcoming month

Implementation
I recommend that we have a minimum of 3 of these sessions to gain some momentum and build working practices.
