I am incredibly privileged to have been asked by Susan Carr to be a part of a panel discussion regarding men's mental health
Also on the panel are the incredible Talk About It Mate founder Mike Richard, Tales To Inspire founder Krish Patel, and award-winning podcast producer Luke Edwards

Why are we doing it?
On average, men die 4.5 years earlier than women, often from preventable causes.
Prostate cancer is the most common cancer in men over 45
Testicular cancer is the most common cancer in young men
Suicide is the leading cause of death for men under 50
Despite these stark realities, many men remain reluctant to seek support.
This silence can be even more pronounced in the workplace, where long hours, financial pressures and an expectation to always appear strong mean that stress and burnout are common, particularly if you are self-employed.
As part of Men’s Health Awareness Month, join us for this FREE online event where we explore the challenges men face in both work and life, and how we can all encourage healthier conversations around men’s health.
