I'm delighted to be back at Lloyd's Bank on Market Street in Manchester to run a Social Media for Small Business workshop and yes...it's FREE!

On Tuesday 21st November, I will be delving into the wonderful (and often weird!) world that is social media and if you are in a marketing role in a business or are self-employed, hopefully this will be beneficial to you.

During the session we will explore:

• The audiences that use each platform

• How each platform’s algorithms work, and how to use them to your advantage

• How brands and businesses can employ their unique personality to break through all the ‘noise’

• What to post, and how often

• How biographies, profiles and ‘about’ sections can be used to reach audiences
